It's always nice to stumble upon wildlife but this particular encounter made me think. I stumbled upon this bear who had figured out a way to drink from plastic water bottles. Some hikers before me had left behind some half full water bottles. The bear would bite off the top then put the bottle in his mouth and tilt his head back in order to drink the water, the same way we would drink from it. This made me realise that alot of plastic bottles must be left behind for this bear to adapt and figure out a good way of drinking the water without spilling or wasting any. I normaly carry a reusable glass bottle with me everywhere and after seeing this, I know what I'm going to buy everyone I know for christmas this year!
