A week+ on the water by myself, kayaking some places familiar and some fresh. Launching at Lund, on BC's Sunshine Coast, I'll paddle north through the Copeland Islands, one of my favourite archipelagos. Rather than turning right to round the Redonda Islands as I've done before, I'll continue north, then west. Circumstances permitting, I'll run the rapids at Surge Narrows and/or Hole In The Wall, the confluences where the tides meet as they wrap around Vancouver Island.
