My wife and I are finally going back to kayak in Haida Gwaii, 25 years after our last visit in 1985. We want to celebrate that anniversary, plus celebrate the designation of the marine conservation area.

We will be spending 2 weeks paddling over 200 km along the eastern coast of Gwaiii Haanas, the southern island, and camping along the way. We are looking forward to experiencing the wonderful natural environment again - the intertidal life, the forest, and the wildlife - and the awe-inspring Haida village sites.
